The  Credit Guarantee Fund Trust For Small & Medium Enterprises (CGTMSE) is a dynamic initiative jointly established by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, and the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). It plays a pivotal role in catalyzing the flow of institutional credit to Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs). The Credit Guarantee Scheme (CGS) is a cornerstone of this initiative, strategically designed to fortify the credit delivery system and facilitate the seamless flow of credit to the MSE sector.
